Inner County Outreach (ICO) is a faith based organization that nurtures families by assessing and addressing individual's educational, social, and health needs in three divisions, Mental Health and Wellness, Youth and Family Servcies and Comprehensive Basic Needs. ICO provides stepping stones to those struggling to improve their quality of life.
